Established in 1983 by local physicians, Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana (PHP) is a not-for-profit health insurance company dedicated to improving the health of the community. PHP offers a variety of health coverage plans for employers, individuals, and families, emphasizing local customer service and access to a broad network of regional healthcare providers. In March 2024, PHP was acquired by TPA Stream, a benefits administration software company, but continues to operate under its established brand and local leadership.
