Pensioenfonds Horeca & Catering is a non-profit foundation ("stichting") that manages the pension schemes for employees working in the Dutch hospitality and catering industry. It is a mandatory fund, meaning employers in the sector are legally required to affiliate with it. The fund's primary mission is to provide a good and affordable pension for its participants by collecting contributions, investing assets responsibly, and administering and paying out pension benefits. It serves over 1.4 million participants and is one of the larger pension funds in the Netherlands.
