Originally chartered in 1953 as the Columbia Falls Aluminum Company Federal Credit Union, Park Side Credit Union has grown to serve a broader community. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, its mission is to provide its members with affordable, high-quality financial services. Unlike a traditional bank, its profits are returned to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings dividends, and improved services. Membership is open to individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in specific Montana counties.
