Founded in 2013, Parasut is a Turkish software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides online pre-accounting, invoicing, and financial management solutions. Its mission is to simplify financial operations for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), allowing them to easily manage invoicing, track expenses, monitor cash flow, and comply with Turkish e-invoicing regulations (e-Fatura). In 2018, Parasut was acquired by Mikro and Zirve Yazılım, which are part of the DST Technology group, to further enhance its offerings for Turkish businesses.
