Northpoint Commercial Credit, LLC was a national commercial finance company that specialized in providing flexible and timely capital to small and mid-sized businesses. Its primary services included asset-based lending solutions such as accounts receivable financing (factoring), inventory financing, and machinery & equipment term loans. The company focused on serving businesses that were often underserved by traditional banks. In 2018, Northpoint Commercial Credit was acquired by Channel Partners, LLC, another business financing provider. The Northpoint brand and operations have since been integrated into Channel Partners, which itself is now a subsidiary of MidCap Financial.
