Founded in 2018, Nordic Secondary Fund (NSF) is a venture capital fund dedicated to providing liquidity in the Nordic growth equity market. Its mission is to buy secondary shares from founders, employees, and early-stage investors in promising, unlisted Nordic scale-ups, allowing them to de-risk and realize some of their value before a company IPO or acquisition. As a fund authorized by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet), NSF focuses on creating a secondary market for these private assets, thereby supporting the entire Nordic venture ecosystem.
