New York University Federal Credit Union (NYUFCU) is a not-for-profit, member-owned financial institution established in 1982. Its mission is to provide affordable financial services to the entire New York University community. As a cooperative, it is democratically controlled by its members, and its earnings are returned to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and fewer fees. NYUFCU offers a range of personal banking products including savings and checking accounts, credit cards, auto loans, personal loans, and mortgages.
