Neosfer GmbH is the innovation unit and early-stage investor of the Commerzbank Group. Formerly known as main incubator, it was rebranded to neosfer in 2022. Its mission is to identify and foster future technologies and business models relevant to the financial industry. Neosfer operates through two primary arms: "Invest," which provides venture capital to promising fintech and cross-industry startups, and "Co-Create," which develops new products and solutions in collaboration with partners and the Commerzbank itself.
