Midwest Minnesota Community Development Corporation (MMCDC) is a nonprofit community development corporation (CDC) and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) incorporated in 1971. Its mission is to provide capital and support to help people, businesses, and communities prosper in rural Minnesota and North Dakota. The organization focuses on three main areas: business development through flexible financing and consulting for entrepreneurs, housing development by financing and building affordable homes and apartments, and various community initiatives to strengthen local economies.
