The company's platforms and services were used by investment banks, asset managers, issuers, and other financial institutions to analyze, model, and manage structured finance investments like asset-backed securities (ABS), mortgage-backed securities (MBS), and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). In October 2014, Lewtan was acquired by Moody's Corporation and its assets and services were integrated into the Moody's Analytics Structured Finance suite of products.
