PT Jasa Raharja is a member of the Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) and operates as a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) with the primary mission of providing basic protection to the community. Established in 1960, its core business is implementing two mandatory social insurance programs: the Compulsory Contribution for Road Traffic Accident Funds (SWDKLLJ) collected through vehicle registration tax, and the Compulsory Passenger Accident Contribution (SWDPU) collected from tickets for public transportation. These funds are used to provide compensation for death, permanent disability, and medical care expenses for victims of land, sea, and air traffic accidents throughout Indonesia.
