The company specialized in providing electricity to a professional clientele, including businesses (SMEs, SMIs), local authorities, and public institutions, by purchasing energy on the wholesale markets. Positioned as an agile and competitive alternative to historical suppliers, the company experienced significant growth. However, faced with the unprecedented surge in European wholesale electricity prices in late 2021, the company could no longer sustain its business model and was forced into compulsory liquidation, ceasing all activities.
