Originally chartered in 1933 as the Duluth Teacher’s Credit Union, Harbor Pointe Credit Union (HPCU) is a member-owned financial institution dedicated to being its members' "financial partner for life." As a not-for-profit cooperative, it returns earnings to members through lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and fewer fees.
