Founded in 1958 by a group of 18 teachers, Foothill Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution. Its mission is to serve as the primary financial resource for its members by providing a range of affordable and convenient financial services. Membership is primarily open to employees, retirees, and students of various school districts, colleges, and hospitals within California's San Gabriel Valley, as well as their immediate family members. As a cooperative, its earnings are returned to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings yields, and improved services.
