Financial Advice New Zealand is the professional association for financial advisers in the country, formed in 2018 through the merger of three legacy bodies (the Institute of Financial Advisers, the New Zealand Financial Advisers’ Association, and the Professional Advisers Association). Its mission is to support its members through advocacy, professional development, and by setting high standards of practice and ethics. The association works to improve the financial health and wellbeing of New Zealanders by promoting the value of quality financial advice and ensuring its members are well-equipped to serve the public.
