FI.L.S.E. S.p.A. (Finanziaria Ligure per lo Sviluppo Economico) is the in-house financial entity of the Liguria Region in Italy, established in 1975. Its mission is to act as a technical instrument to support and promote the region's economic development. The agency manages a wide range of financial instruments, including regional, national, and European Union funds, to provide grants, loans, credit guarantees, and venture capital to local businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), fostering innovation, competitiveness, and employment.
