e-Khales is an e-payment service launched by Algérie Poste, the Algerian national postal service, in partnership with SATIM (Société d'Automatisation des Transactions et de Monétique Interbancaire). The platform's mission is to simplify the process of paying everyday bills and invoices for Algerian citizens. It allows users to pay for utilities such as electricity and gas (Sonelgaz), water, landline and mobile phone services, and internet subscriptions using the national "EDAHABIA" and interbank "CIB" payment cards. The service is part of a national strategy to promote electronic payments and digital financial services within Algeria.
