The mission of the Real Estate Division of the Nevada Department of Business and Industry is to protect the public and the real estate profession. It achieves this by regulating real estate brokers, broker-salespersons, salespersons, provisional licensees, property managers, business brokers, and timeshare developers. The Division is responsible for the licensing, education, and disciplinary actions for real estate professionals to ensure they meet and maintain standards of practice within the State of Nevada.
