The Diversity Project is a volunteer-led, cross-company initiative launched in 2016 with the purpose of accelerating progress towards a more inclusive culture in the UK's investment and savings industry. It brings together over 100 member firms to share best practices, collaborate on initiatives, and create tangible change across various workstreams, including gender, ethnicity, social mobility, LGBTQ+, and neurodiversity. Its mission is to create an industry where diversity is a reality, and everyone feels they belong and can thrive.
