CNL Bancshares, Inc. was the parent company of CNLBank, a commercial and private bank headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Founded in 1999, the company focused on providing a full range of banking services, including commercial and consumer loans, deposit products, and treasury management solutions, primarily to small and mid-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals in Central and South Florida. On January 1, 2016, Valley National Bancorp completed its acquisition of CNL Bancshares, Inc., and its banking subsidiary, CNLBank, was merged into Valley National Bank.
