Its primary mission is to offer legal security and reduce risks in the Dominican securities market by managing the electronic registry, custody, clearing, settlement, and administration of securities. By centralizing these functions, CEVALDOM enhances the efficiency, transparency, and integrity of the country's capital market infrastructure.
