Business Lending Partners (BLP) is the lending division of the Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC). It is a Certified Development Company (CDC) designated by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to administer the SBA 504 Loan Program. BLP's mission is to facilitate economic development by offering long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets that promote business growth and job creation. In addition to SBA loans, it manages several local and regional revolving loan funds to support businesses that may not qualify for traditional financing.
