Brokers Ireland was formed in 2017 from the merger of the Irish Brokers Association (IBA) and the Professional Insurance Brokers Association (PIBA). It represents over 1,200 member firms, which include insurance and financial brokers. The organization's core mission is to represent the collective interests of its members, provide them with professional services and support, promote industry standards and professionalism, and act as a voice for the sector in discussions with government, regulators, and other stakeholders.
