Originally chartered in 1935 to serve employees of the Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company, Baton Rouge Telco Federal Credit Union has since grown into a full-service financial institution. As a not-for-profit cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members. Its mission is to provide excellent member service and sound financial management, returning profits to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and improved services. The credit union offers a comprehensive range of financial products, including checking and savings accounts, auto loans, mortgages, credit cards, and investment services.
