Founded in 1989, Bank of Blue Valley operated as a full-service community bank headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas. The bank was dedicated to serving the financial needs of local individuals, families, and small-to-medium-sized businesses, emphasizing personalized service and community involvement. In 2019, it was acquired by Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (HTLF), and in late 2023, it was fully integrated and rebranded as HTLF Bank, continuing to operate from its existing locations under the new parent name.
