Assiteca SIM S.p.A. was the wealth management and financial advisory division of the Assiteca Group, Italy's largest independent insurance broker. As a *Società di Intermediazione Mobiliare*, it was authorized by the Italian regulator CONSOB to provide personalized investment services, including portfolio management, investment advice, and reception and transmission of orders. The firm focused on providing tailored financial solutions to private clients, institutions, and corporations. In 2022, the parent company Assiteca was acquired by the global insurance group Howden. Consequently, Assiteca SIM was merged and integrated into the new entity, which now operates as Howden Italy, with a primary focus on insurance brokerage and risk consulting.
