Founded in 1991, the Asociación de Fiduciarias de Colombia, known as Asofiduciarias, is a private, non-profit guild that represents the interests of the fiduciary (trust) sector in Colombia. Its mission is to promote the strengthening, development, and growth of the trust industry by serving as the primary spokesperson for its members before the government, regulators, and the general public. Asofiduciarias facilitates industry collaboration, provides training and updates on relevant regulations, and works to uphold the professional ethics and technical standards of trust management in the country.
