The company specialized in providing comprehensive prime brokerage, clearing, and execution services to a global client base that included hedge funds, professional trading groups, family offices, and registered investment advisors. In 2017, the firm ceased its broker-dealer activities, with parts of its business and client accounts being acquired by other financial firms, including TradeStation and Lightspeed Trading.
