Founded in 2004, 99Bill is one of China's pioneering third-party payment companies. It obtained one of the first payment licenses issued by the People's Bank of China (PBOC) in 2011. The company provides a wide range of payment services, including online payment gateways, mobile payments, POS (Point of Sale) acquiring services, and cross-border payment solutions. In 2014, 99Bill was wholly acquired by the Dalian Wanda Group, a multinational conglomerate, to serve as the core of its financial technology and internet finance division. 99Bill's mission is to integrate payment solutions with various industry scenarios, such as retail, e-commerce, travel, and insurance, to create a comprehensive financial service ecosystem.
