Founded in 1936 by employees of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (DWP), Water and Power Community Credit Union (WPCCU) is a not-for-profit financial institution. As a cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members. Its mission is to help members achieve their financial goals by providing competitive rates, lower fees, and personalized service.
