Urban Development Fund MS s.r.o. is a fund manager established to implement financial instruments from the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF), particularly under the JESSICA initiative. Its core mission is to support and finance sustainable urban development projects in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The fund provides repayable financing, primarily in the form of loans, to both public and private sector projects focused on the regeneration of brownfields, revitalization of public spaces, and reconstruction of cultural and industrial heritage sites, operating as a key public-private partnership for regional renewal.
