Founded in 1996, Transave Credit Union Limited (trading as TransaveUK) is a financial cooperative owned and run by its members. Its mission is to promote financial well-being by providing a simple and secure way for members to save directly from their salary and access fair, affordable loans. As a not-for-profit organisation, any surplus is returned to members through dividends or used to improve services. The credit union partners with a wide range of UK employers to offer its payroll deduction savings and loan facilities as an employee benefit.
