Founded in 1941 by employees of General Electric’s Erie plant, Top Tier Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution. Its mission is to serve as the primary financial institution for its members by offering a variety of services including savings and checking accounts, loans, and investment options. Membership is open to individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in Erie or Crawford Counties, Pennsylvania, as well as employees of specific partner companies.
