The fund provides "patient capital," often in the form of subordinated loans, to bridge the financing gap for projects that are typically too small for large institutional investors but too large for traditional crowdfunding. Its mission is to empower "city makers" by financing projects with a positive societal impact in areas like circular economy, social inclusion, and climate adaptation.
