PFZW is one of the largest pension funds in the Netherlands, responsible for managing the pensions of more than 2.9 million (former) employees in the care and welfare sector. Its mission is to provide a good, affordable, and sustainable pension for its members. The fund collects pension contributions, invests these assets responsibly on a global scale through its asset manager PGGM, and ensures the payment of pensions to its retirees. Established to serve a specific sector, PFZW operates as a non-profit foundation.
