OECD
Information by Emma
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is a unique forum where the governments of 38 democracies with market-based economies collaborate to develop policy standards to promote sustainable economic growth. Established in 1961, its mission is to shape policies that foster prosperity, equality, opportunity, and well-being for all. The OECD provides a setting where governments can compare policy experiences, seek answers to common problems, identify good practices, and work to co-ordinate domestic and international policies.
