The platform was operated by Astrica Ltd, a company registered in the Marshall Islands, a common offshore jurisdiction for unregulated brokers. In March 2023, the Spanish financial regulator (CNMV) issued a public warning against the company for operating without the necessary authorization, and its website has since become inactive.
