Locfund Next is an impact investment fund and the successor to the LOCFUND and LOCFUND II initiatives. Managed by Bolivian Investment Management (BIM Ltd.), its mission is to promote the financial inclusion of micro and small enterprises throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. The fund achieves this by providing crucial financing, primarily in local currency, to Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) in the region. This strategy helps MFIs mitigate foreign exchange risk and supports sustainable growth at the local level.
