Its core service is a "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) solution that allows users to make purchases and pay in 30 days or in installments over 3, 6, or 12 months. The platform uses advanced AI and machine learning to score creditworthiness and provide approvals in real-time. In addition to its BNPL services, Kredivo also offers personal loans. The company is officially registered and supervised by Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a multi-finance company under its legal entity PT FinAccel Finance Indonesia.
