Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") is an open-ended, unincorporated real estate investment trust governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Established in 2013, the REIT was created for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties located in primary and secondary markets across France, Germany, and potentially other European countries on a long-term basis. It is externally managed by Inovalis S.A., a Paris-based real estate services company. The REIT's units are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the ticker symbol INO.UN.
