Founded in 1997 in Budapest, Hungary, IND (Information-N-Distributing) Group was a pioneer in creating digital banking solutions for financial institutions. The company focused on delivering omnichannel platforms, including internet banking, mobile banking, personal finance management (PFM), and digital sales solutions for retail and private banks. In 2014, IND Group was acquired by Misys, a major financial services software company. Subsequently, in 2017, Misys merged with D+H to form a new, larger entity named Finastra. The original IND Group's technology, expertise, and employees are now part of Finastra's digital banking division.
