Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) is a social impact investor established in 2016 to address housing affordability and supply in the UK. Backed by Lloyds Banking Group and Homes England (the UK Government’s housing and regeneration agency), HGP provides equity funding to small and medium-sized housebuilders. Its mission is to support the growth of the SME development community, increase the number of new homes built, and help create a more diverse and resilient housing market. HGP invests alongside developers, sharing risk and reward to facilitate the construction of residential projects throughout the country.
