Founded in 1949 by a small group of Nevada state employees, Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) is a not-for-profit, member-owned financial cooperative. Its mission is "To Help More People Live Greater" by providing its members with a full suite of financial services, including personal and business banking, auto and home loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance. As a credit union, it returns profits to its members in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and reduced fees. GNCU has grown to become one of the largest credit unions in Nevada, serving communities throughout the state.
