The company's mission was to provide employees with responsible and convenient financial services to help them manage expenses between paychecks and avoid high-cost credit options like payday loans. Its primary products were the FlexWage Payroll Debit Card, designed for unbanked and underbanked employees, and WageBank, which allowed employees to access a portion of their accrued wages before the scheduled payday. In June 2017, the assets of FlexWage Solutions were acquired by the payroll and human resources giant ADP, and its services have since been integrated into ADP's Wisely solution.
