ENAV S.p.A. (Ente Nazionale di Assistenza al Volo) is the Italian air navigation service provider, responsible for ensuring the safety and regularity of flights within Italian airspace. The company provides air traffic control, flight information, aeronautical information, and meteorological services. Originally established as an autonomous body, it was transformed into a joint-stock company in 2000, with the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance as the majority shareholder. ENAV has been listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) since 2016. Its mission is to guarantee safety and efficiency for the national and international air transport system through the use of advanced technology and a highly skilled workforce.
