Founded in 2012 by David Reid and Courtney Guertin, Ease was created to simplify the process of setting up and managing employee benefits. The company provides a cloud-based platform that allows insurance brokers to offer their small and medium-sized business clients a modern, streamlined solution for benefits enrollment, employee onboarding, and HR compliance. The platform connects brokers, employers, and employees, digitizing what was once a paper-heavy process. In May 2023, Ease was acquired by Employee Navigator, a major player in the benefits administration space, to combine their strengths and better serve the market.
