Dot-Com Unity Credit Union was founded in 1999 to serve the financial needs of employees in the burgeoning dot-com and technology sectors. As a member-owned financial cooperative, it offered standard banking services tailored to this modern workforce. Following the dot-com bubble burst, the credit union merged with the larger, Kansas City-based CommunityAmerica Credit Union in 2002 to ensure continued service and stability for its members. Today, all operations and accounts are fully integrated into CommunityAmerica Credit Union.
