DevNW is a non-profit community development organization formed from the 2018 merger of the Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation (NEDCO) and Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services (WNHS). Its mission is to help individuals and families achieve their financial goals and build vibrant communities across Oregon. The organization provides a wide range of services, including financial wellness and education, homeownership counseling and lending, affordable rental housing, and small business support.
