Founded in 1970, Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators (DMBA) is a non-profit, self-funded trust that provides a comprehensive range of employee benefits. Operating primarily for employees of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and its affiliated companies, DMBA administers medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, as well as retirement savings programs such as a 401(k). The organization's mission is to provide quality benefits and compassionate service in a manner consistent with the principles of the Church it serves.
