Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative is a member-governed, nonprofit health insurance provider established in 2014. Its mission is to offer affordable and high-quality health insurance options to its members. The cooperative was founded by community leaders and healthcare professionals with the goal of creating a more responsive and member-focused insurance model, where members have a voice in the governance of the organization. They offer a variety of health plans on and off the Health Insurance Marketplace for residents and employers in eastern Wisconsin.
